Floor preparation
Not every job needs floor prep — but when it does, we look after it ourselves. Ply and screed if required, priced up front in the price list, never hidden in a lump sum and never left for you to arrange with another trade.
The floor underneath gets sorted first
Levelling, screed and ply where it's needed. Laying a good floor over a bad subfloor just moves the problem six months down the line.
Checked on your free measure
When we measure up, we check the subfloor too — and tell you straight what it needs before any floor can go down: ply, screed, or nothing at all. Simple advice, no jargon, from the person who'll be doing the fitting.

6mm ply, 9mm ply, 3mm screed — each has its own rate in the price list below. You see what the subfloor needs and exactly what it costs, up front.

We come out, measure up and look at the subfloor. Bring your ideas — or none at all, and we'll talk through what works for the room and the traffic it gets.
Itemised quote
A written quote with the fitting, the preparation and the materials listed separately — against the same rates you've just read.
Fitted & finished
Old floor lifted and taken away, new one laid, edges and doorbars finished, and the room left clean and usable.
